Severely matted dogs will be shaved off for their care and wellbeing.
De-matting is not included in the price of our grooms and will be charged at £15. This cost contributes towards our extra time and the wear caused to our grooming tools.
Yes, apon making an appointment with us, I will ask for 50% of the appointment amount as a non-refundable deposithis is to secure your appointment time and reduce the number of no shows and last minute cancellations which has a great impact on the business financially.
Working with dogs is unpredictable, so exact times are hard to determine. If you need your dog back by a certain time, let me know when you make your appointment and I can try and accommodate. As soon as your dog's new hairdo is finished, I will contact you for collection.
Each service has an estimated time frame.
If your dog is found to have fleas, we will charge a fee of £10 in addition to the cost of the groom, where they will be bathed in a flea shampoo and the salon disinfected. If we feel the dog is infested, we will ask you to collect the dog and retain the deposit.

Once booking confirmation is confirmed you will receive an email or text confirming the address.
Please park directly in front of my driveway - to ensure being respectful of my neighbours. Alternatively please park at the end of the street and walk to the house.
Regular grooming every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended, depending on coat type and condition.
Your puppy can be groomed starting from 12 weeks of age. Regular grooming helps with socialisation and comfortable handling.
No, I do not provide these services due to their invasive nature and infection risks. Please consult your veterinarian for these treatments.
